These terms govern your use of the INUX3D website and the services we provide. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Services
INUX3D provides industrial design, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving, UV printing and prototyping services. Every project is quoted individually; a quote is not a contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the information and files you provide and are valid for the period stated. Production begins once a quote is approved and any agreed deposit is received. Changes to a design after approval may affect price and lead time.
Your files and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any designs, files or artwork you send us, and that manufacturing them does not infringe any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your intellectual property. We retain ownership of any of our own pre-existing tools, methods and know-how. We treat your files as confidential and sign NDAs on request.
Manufacturing tolerances
Additive and subtractive manufacturing have inherent tolerances that vary by technology, material and geometry. We work to appropriate industry tolerances and will advise you where these matter for your part. Minor colour, surface and dimensional variation within normal tolerances is not a defect.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, orders are paid before dispatch. Title in delivered goods passes to you on full payment.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by workload, material availability and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
