Files & getting started
What file formats do you accept?+
For 3D work: STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ. For CNC: STEP, IGES, DXF and DWG. For laser and UV: vector files such as SVG, DXF, AI or PDF, or high-resolution images. No file yet? Send a sketch or photo and we'll help.
I only have an idea, not a design. Can you help?+
Yes. Industrial design is where most of our projects start. Bring a concept, a rough sketch or a reference and we'll take it through to a manufacturable design.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Absolutely. We treat every project as confidential and sign non-disclosure agreements on request before you share anything sensitive.
Materials & capabilities
Which materials can you work with?+
3D printing: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, carbon-fibre blends and resins. CNC: aluminium, brass, steel and engineering plastics. Laser: acrylic, wood, MDF, leather and more. Not sure what suits your part? We'll advise.
Can you make functional, load-bearing parts?+
Yes. Between engineering polymers on FDM and CNC-machined metals, we produce parts built to take real mechanical loads, not just display models.
Can you print in full colour or add branding?+
Yes — our UV printer applies vivid, durable full-colour graphics directly onto parts, signage and products, including items we've manufactured for you.
Orders, lead times & delivery
Is there a minimum order?+
No. We produce everything from a single one-off prototype to short production runs. Per-unit pricing improves with volume.
How fast can you turn a project around?+
Many prototypes ship within 2–5 working days. Larger or more complex jobs vary — we'll give you a clear timeline with your quote, and rush options are available.
Do you ship outside Cyprus?+
Yes. We operate from Cyprus with a second base in Slovakia and ship across the EU.
