Privacy Policy

This policy explains how INUX3D collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus law.

Last updated: 2026-07-21

Who we are

INUX3D ("we", "us", "our") is an industrial design and manufacturing business operating from Bio-Industrial Zone 1, Ormidheia 7530, Cyprus, with a further location in Stupava, Slovakia. For any privacy matter you can contact us at sales@inux3d.com or +357 70007765. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

We only collect data we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Identity and contact details you provide — name, email address, phone number and company.
  • Project information — files, drawings, specifications and messages you send us for a quote or order.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails and enquiries you send us.
  • Technical data — limited, privacy-respecting analytics about how our website is used (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data

We process your personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
  • Deliver, manufacture and ship the products and services you order.
  • Manage our contractual and business relationship with you.
  • Comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • Improve our website and services.

Legal basis for processing

Depending on the situation, we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order); your consent (for optional communications); our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business); and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted parties who help us operate — for example shipping couriers, payment providers and IT services — and only as far as necessary. Where we work under a non-disclosure agreement, your project files are treated as strictly confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, invoices are retained for the statutory accounting period). Project files are retained so we can support reorders unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email sales@inux3d.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Please review it periodically.
